In the early morning, the seagulls are reflected in the wet sands of Ainslie shore, Girvan. This photograph was awarded a 4th place in a Girvan Camera Club competition and is a particularly popular choice as a print and when used in our memento product range

One of those occasional magical moments, when the weather adds yet another dimension to the Craig. The swathes of mist lie around the base of the rock like a chiffon scarf and the rays of sunlight shine down through the clouds.

Using digital imagery, this dawn photograph has been taken to a monostyle. The gulls taking flight as the sun comes up, giving a feeling of freedom and peace.

The Tower of Baltersan Castle stands solidy againt the skline just before you reach Maybole travelling north on the A77. Near to Crossraguel Abbey, it's owner, James Brown is planning to restore to it's former glory from it's present state

Christmas Candle

This is a studio shot taken for one of the 2004 range of Christmas cards. The warmth of the picture was commented on by the judge at the Girvan Camera Club competition in which it was awarded a 3rd place

"Coast from Glendrissaig"

Another Girvan Camera Club photograph, taken for the Rotary Club sponsored "In the Hills of Carrick". Winning 1st place, the view takes in the fishing loch at Glendrissaig, the intervening hillside and a panoramic view of Girvan. Arran can be seen beyond the sea.

Taken originally for a calendar shot for the month of May in our local calendar 2005, this was also entered into the Rotary Club sponsored "In the Hills of Carrick" competition where it was awarded 2nd place.

Dalquharran in Autumn

Robert Adams 'other' Ayshire masterpiece offers a stark and exciting view at Dailly. Sadly a ruin now, it is intended that it will become a golf course and hotel in the not too distant future.

Taken as the causeway is crossed from the mainland of Shetland to St Ninian's Isle, tjhis photograph was taken 'just for me' because it was so meaningful.. Too good to keep to myself, I have used it in our range of bookmarks, it was also placed 3rd in a competition at Girvan Camera Club
